Required documents after the referral for adoption of a specific child

1. Valid medical certificate.
2. Valid conviction status certificate
3. Certificate under art.17(c) from the Hague convention for agreement for continuation of the adoption procedure of a specific child, issued by the respective central body.
4. Document certifying, that a competent authority in the country by habitual residence of the candidate-adopter will perform the post-adoption monitoring of a specific child in continuation of 2 years from the allowing of the adoption.
