The Association for International Adoption and Reintegration (AMOR), with
an address in Bulgaria, the city of Sofia 1421, 10, Dimitar HadjiKotsev
Street, floor 6, flat 11. It is an organization for mediation in international
adoption accredited under No. 24 of 25 May 2004 by the Ministry of Justice
of the Republic of Bulgaria,

TO EXERCISE THE FOLLOWING RIGNTS:
- To represent the authorizers before all state institutions, including
the Ministry of Justice in its capacity of a central body according
to the Hague Convention of 29 May 1993 for cooperation in the field
of international adoption; before the Bulgarian Court, the police and
before all local authorities, and on their part and at their expense
to complete all administrative proceedings, court and other procedures
necessary to meet the requirements of the Bulgaria legislation in the
adoption procedure of a child who is a Bulgarian citizen.
- To prepare, enter, present, receive at and from institutions in the
Republic of Bulgaria connected with the international adoption procedure
all kinds of information, documents, to legalize and use them in a way
which is useful, legal and effective, corresponding to the purpose.
- To authorize on their part, in case of need and at the authorizer’s
judgment, third persons: attorneys at law and other professionals in
order to complete procedure and material actions before the Bulgarian
Court and other administrative bodies connected with the adoption procedures.
- To represent the authorizers before the embassies of the recipient
countries and before the Ministry of Justice and the International Adoption
Directorate in order to receive the originals of all official documents
connected with the adoption procedure in Bulgaria.
- Thus for this purpose to sign all documents needed.
